New for 2025
The Illowa Spring Fundraiser program is designed to help Scouts earn their way to camp! Thrifty Scouts can use their proceeds to fund their participation in district events, Illowa Day Camp, Cub Resident Camp, Scouts BSA Summer Camp, a National High Adventure Base, or National Scout Jamboree/NOAC.
Our spring product sale includes Iowa Smokehouse Jerky and Hall of Fame Pizza & Wings Frozen Pizzas! The best part of this sale is 50% of the profit will stay local to support Scouting! Units participating in the program can earn 35% commission on every product sold. The Council will receive 15% of sale proceeds to assist us with making improvements to Camp Loud Thunder and fund general operations of the Council. This sale is RISK FREE to units as the Council is covering the up-front costs for the product.
We’re giving you two ways to sell:
Take Order – Using our traditional order form: write down orders, collect money, and then deliver products at the end of the sale. Note: Pizzas are Take Order ONLY!
Show & Sell – Order product to sell at booth sales or show and deliver. No money is required up front.
*Show & Sell products must be ordered by cases of 6 products. Returns at the end of the sale are limited to 10% of what was ordered.

Iowa Smokehouse
12oz Snack Sticks (original, teriyaki) – $15/each
16oz Sausage Sticks (original, spicy jalapeno, teriyaki) – $15/each
8oz Ranch Hand Beef Jerky (original, cracked black pepper, sweet teriyaki) – $20/each
8 oz steak bites (sweet old fashioned, cracked black pepper, red pepper) – $20/each
Hall of Fame Pizza & Wings
Choose a 12″ Pub Style Thin Crust or 10″ Gluten Free Cauliflower Crust
Pizzas are $12.50/each, 2 for $25 or 4 for $50
Flavor Choices include:
Classic Single Toppings – cheese, sausage, or pepperoni
All Meat – traditional sauce, pepperoni, sausage, beef, Canadian bacon, and bacon, topped with mozzarella cheese
Supreme – traditional sauce, pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, onion, green peppers, and black olives, topped with mozzarella cheese
Garlic Chicken Bacon Ranch – ranch base, chicken, bacon, and garlic, topped with mozzarella cheese
Vegetarian – traditional sauce, spinach, mushrooms, black olives, green peppers, onion, and tomatoes, topped with mozzarella cheese


Sale Timeline
February 23rd – Unit Commitment and Show & Sell Product Form Due on Google Form Below
March 7th – Show & Sell product distribution
March 8th – SALE BEGINS!
March 23rd – Mid-Sale Pizza Order DUE ONLINE
March 30th – Mid-Sale Pizza Distribution at Hall of Fame Pizza, 600 E Le Claire Rd, Suite #6, Eldridge, IA 52748
April 23rd – SALE ENDS!
April 25th – Show & Sell returns, Product Orders, & 50% payment for Show & Sell products due to Council Office
May 16th – Product Distribution & Final Payments Due
*NOTE* Pizzas will be picked up frozen and need to be distributed that day or placed in a freezer to prevent issues with thawing
