Check-in begins at 8:30am
Opening flags & announcements begin at 9:00am
The closing ceremony will be at 4:00pm
COST:
Early Bird – open of registration until March 31, 2025 at midnight
- $20 for Youth Participants
- $5 for Parents/Guardians/Unit Leaders
Regular Fee – April 1 until May 6th at midnight
- $25 for Youth Participants
- $10 for Parents/Guardians/Unit Leaders
Fees include a pizza lunch, patch, and program supplies.
About This Event
Our theme this year is “The Science of Flight.” Cub Scouts will enjoy themed activities focused on aviation. A Med Force helicopter will be landing on site. We’ll also have Cub Scout favorites like fishing, range and target activities, and a rope bridge. Don’t miss it!

Online registration for this event closes on May 6th, 2025, at midnight.
If you are coming as a unit and would like to reserve a campsite for the night or the weekend, please CLICK HERE. The Council will not be providing any overnight assistance or meals.
