START TIME: Check-In runs Friday from 6:30pm – 8:30pm. Ordeal Candidates must be checked in by 8:00pm.
END TIME: 10:00am on Sunday after elections
COST:
- New Ordeal Candidate: $50.00
- For Scouts and Leaders newly elected to the OA; attending their first Fellowship to work on their Ordeal.
- The Packing List for New Ordeal Candidates is in the Registration links at the bottom of this page.
- Fees Cover: Fellowship fee, Ordeal Sash, OA Handbook, and 1 Lodge Flap for your uniform.
- Existing Ordeal Member: $25.00
- Existing Brotherhood Member: $25.00
- Vigil Member: $25.00
- Annual Pass Holder: FREE – but please register through the link below to be included in the headcount.
- Work Day Only (no meals): FREE – but please register through the link below to be included in the head count.

Event Details
Friday Night: Burgers & Brats will be available from 6:30 – 7:30 pm for $5.00 each.
All Weekend: The OA Trading Post will be open.
New Induction Experience: If you are an existing Lodge member and have not been through the new Induction experience, please sign up to attend! You will not be permitted to witness new ceremonies without going through the new Induction experience.
Annual Membership Dues

Chapter Office Elections
If you are planning to run for an office (Chapter Chief, Chapter Vice Chief, or Secretary) please turn in your letters of intent to the Lodge at [email protected] prior to the start of elections. Please view the Lodge Members Handbook for more information on election procedures and office responsibilities.

All adults (18+) must provide proof of completed SYT.
Annual Medical Forms Parts A & B are required for all participants.
