Spring Fellowship is THE spring event for Order of the Arrow members! Join us for fun, fellowship, and food!

WHERE: Camp Loud Thunder, 9906 175th St W, Illinois City, IL 61259
START TIME: Check-In begins Friday at 5:00pm. Ordeal Candidates must be checked in by 7:00pm.
END TIME: 11:00am on Sunday after elections
COST:
- New Ordeal Candidate: $50.00
- Existing Ordeal Member: $25.00
- New Brotherhood Candidate: $45.00
- Existing Brotherhood Member: $25.00
- Vigil Member: $25.00
REGISTRATION: Online; please sign up by April 30, 2025, at midnight.
To help plan food, you must pre-register online. If you don’t register and choose to come out on Saturday to assist with work projects and attend ceremonies, we may not be able to feed you.

Vigil Nominations
Forms for Vigil Nominations are in the link below. Forms for nominating a currently registered Brotherhood member for the Vigil Honor are due by Thursday, April 28, 2025, by 5:00pm to be considered. They must be turned in to the Illowa Council Service Center (4412 N Brady St, Davenport, IA 52806) or emailed to Brittany Simonson ([email protected]).
Lodge Elections
If you are planning to run for an office (Lodge Chief, Vice Chief of OA Affairs, Vice Chief of Scouting Affairs, Secretary, or Treasurer) please turn in your letters of intent to the Lodge at [email protected] prior to the start of elections. Please view the Lodge Members Handbook for more information on election procedures and office responsibilities.
