Spring Fellowship is THE spring event for Order of the Arrow members! Join us for fun, fellowship, and food!
DATE: May 1-3, 2026
WHERE: Camp Loud Thunder, 9906 175th St W, Illinois City, IL 61259
START TIME: Check-In begins Friday at 5:00pm. Ordeal Candidates must be checked in by 7:00pm.
END TIME: Noon on Sunday after elections
COST:
- New Ordeal Candidate: $50.00
- Existing Ordeal Member: $25.00
- New Brotherhood Candidate: $45.00
- Existing Brotherhood Member: $25.00
- Vigil Member: $25.00
If you are an OA Annual Passholder, this option will be available through Tentaroo. You still need to sign up online to be in the final count for food.
REGISTRATION: Online; please sign up by April 29, 2026, at midnight.
To help plan food, you must pre-register online. If you don’t register and choose to come out on Saturday to assist with work projects and attend ceremonies, we may not be able to feed you.

Vigil Nominations
Forms for Vigil Nominations are in the link below. Forms for nominating a currently registered Brotherhood member for the Vigil Honor are due by Monday, April 27, 2026, by 5:00pm to be considered. They must be turned in to the Illowa Council Service Center (4412 N Brady St, Davenport, IA 52806) or emailed to Brian Seibert at [email protected].
Lodge Elections
If you are planning to run for an office (Lodge Chief, Vice Chief of OA Affairs, Vice Chief of Scouting Affairs, Secretary, or Treasurer) please turn in your letters of intent to the Lodge at [email protected] prior to the start of elections.
