Join Us At Our Annual Scouting Clays Classic

August 14-15, 2026

The Classic is a major fundraising event to support the families involved in Scouting in our area. Your participation affects over 2,500 youth and 1,500 adult leaders annually.

Since its inception, this event has raised over $1,000,000 to support Scouting’s values-based leadership development programs and provided scholarships for youth to attend camp. It is exciting to see that America is returning to the values that Scouting never left. Thank you for your past support and we hope you’ll join us for this very special event.

Schedule & Information

Friday night, August 14th – The Camden Centre in Milan, Illinois
Join us for a Welcome BBQ Dinner! The mixer starting at 5:30 and dinner at 6:30. Attendance isn’t required for registered shooters, but it’s included in your ticket price – so please come! It’s a chance to share fellowship with a great crowd of supporters…while enjoying outstanding food and drink. There will also be a silent auction and a variety of games and raffles to participate with prizes. Following dinner, a live auction will be held from 7:00-8:30pm. As in the past, there will be a professional auctioneer that will offer up firearms, trips, collectibles, framed art and one-of-a-kind items for shooters and/or families!

Be sure to purchase a Friday Night Dinner Ticket so we can get them added to the final count.

Saturday, August 15th at the Bi-State Sportsman’s Club in Colona, Illinois
Each team (5 shooters) will be challenged in a 100-target Sporting Clays competition. We will be having one flight in the morning and one beginning after lunch. There will be prizes for our top teams for both the morning and afternoon!
